LaTonya Martin

LaTonya Martin is the CEO & Current Managing Broker of Grande Style Homes a boutique Company that started in 2006. She has been investing in Real estate since the age of 19. She has been a licensed Realtor and NAREB Member since 2002. She currently serves on the Board and serves as current Membership Director of Nareb Nashville. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Nashville Realtors and serves as the liaison for the Education Committee.  She was the previous NAREB Nashville President for 2017 & 2018 and has continued to play an active role in the organization. She has been a member of NAREB Women's council of Memphis for the last two years. And is currently taking development courses through ULI Nashville. 

 

Since 2002, She has helped 100s of Homebuyers, Sellers, Developers, Investors, and Builders, buy and sell their land & properties. She believes that education is important. Whether coaching and managing a dedicated team of REALTORS®, hosting Homebuyer / Homeseller Education Classes, Broker to Broker Meet ups or Wealth Building Summits.  She is dedicated to helping agents and clients understand the current Real Estate Market and get where they want to go!
